Looking online it looks like there are approximately 64,534 star Wars games released after the first movie hit theaters in the 1970s. (Editor’s note: This is incorrect.) But while many are good, some are really, really good. These are games that are so great that even non-Star wars fans can’t deny how awesome they are.
We have not set any restrictions for this list. New games, old games, PC games, console games, handheld games, remakes, ports, and more were all valid options. Basically anything that counts as a video game and has star Wars punched on the box may appear on this list. And before we get to the main entries, here are a few honorable mentions that weren’t included but are still worth a shout-out: Star Wars Arcade, Rogue Squadron 2, Galactic Battlegrounds, Racer Revenge, and Jedi Starfighter they’re all fantastic games, but just not good enough to crack our top ten.
