But all those Pokemon that look like Pikachu through natural means can’t beat the actual best Pikachu clone: the one that just wishes it looked like Pikachu. Mimikyu is a ghost/fairy type who wants to be loved like Pikachu, so he creates a disguise out of an old rag in an attempt to look like the iconic mouse. All these nerds are just born to look like Pikachu, Mimikyu is making an effort to be part of the Pikachu clone family. No one works harder to try to be Pikachu than Mimikyu, so naturally it will top this list of Pokemon trying to be Pikachu.
But even so, no one can beat OG. The king is supreme. Although the regional variant Alolan Raichu tints my vision red, the Pikachu line is just tops. There’s a reason he’s the icon he is, and even though The Pokémon Company will not respect Raichu, I respect him more than anyone else in the Pokémon world. This admiration is shown above all counterfeits, impostors and pretenders. We didn’t need all these scams because we’ve had the best electric rodent all along.
